Steven Witucki, of Port St. Lucie, FL., has been a self-taught, well -known artist for over 25 years. Devoting most of his talents to maritime and wildlife artistry, Steve is also skilled in creating mural and etchings on glass and mirror. His floating studio on the Great Lakes, and his experience as a merchant marine and sailor for over 33 years inspires his maritime art, as well as his realistic portrayals for the open sea.

Steve's artistic talent has not gone unnoticed. In 2008, the Domaci Gallery has classified him a "nationally acclaimed maritime artist". His artwork and biography have been featured in many publications, such as the Michigan History magazine, True North magazine, and the Great Lake Mariners and Seaway Review. His works have been publicized numerous time on the Discovery Channel, the Public Television show Michigan Magazine, as well as a spot on you tube for his participation in "November Requiem: Carl D. Bradley Shipwreck".

Steve's achievements have travelled way beyond his original home state of Michigan. His art and talents have been exposed in many newspapers, galleries, and museums, to countries like France, Italy, and Germany.
