Petoskey, Michigan: 3rd annual CHALK & CHOCOLATE during the Festival on the Bay. The event is a fundraiser for the Crooked Tree Arts Center and the Top of Michigan Trails Council. Artists may choose to enter a competition to have their work of art judged in two categories: Open Theme and a Master’s or Renaissance Reproduction.
